Hello Autumn

Autumn has official arrived in our part of the world.

Bringing with it bright oranges, reds, and deep rusts.

The smell of cool air and the promise of winter.

Round pumpkins and tall corn stalks.

Time spent together and memories made

Our first pumpkin as a family of three

Hahahahahaa… I like how that pumpkin looked! Sort of a cross breed between Satan and Mr. Potato Head!

Well, I’m frightened of Satan so lets say he looks like a really scary monster or ninja.
That way I can sleep tonight.
      OH Crap.
      I have a visual.
      I’m not sleeping now.
      All. Your. Fault.

This is the first year we’ve had a pumpkin with our daughter so I didn’t want that gunk everywhere.

Fall is my favorite time of year!

I love your pumpkin! Where did you get the pieces? Just from the regular Potato Head or was it a special Halloween kit?

I love fall! Pumpkins, cinnamon brooms, CANDY. And anything pumpkin flavored. Unfortunately not so much the leaves changing colors. They just all kinda turn brown here and fall off. Not many pretty colors.

      WHAT?
You know you’re making Texas sound more and more depressing every time you talk about it!
      PS
What the hell is a cinnamon broom

Is pumpkin Paul coming for Thanksgiving dinner? If so, is he going to be my centre piece, or do I set a place for him at the table, or shall we just eat him???
