Hugging Strangers

I love the holidays.

Like, overly giddy, jump up and down, spin around in the aisles with my arms outstretched, hugging strangers love.

I gush over the colour coordinated lights, holiday music, and rush of shoppers struggling to open their car doors without putting their bags down.

My face lights up brighter than most toddlers when I see Santa waving happily in the mall; his holiday cheer convincing me to share my wish list with him.

Oh like you don’t go sit on his knee.

And I live for the photo’s.

Holiday photo’s are my favourite to plan for.

There’s new jammie’s to buy, ornaments to pick out, and ideas to look up.

I organize, plan and colour coordinate my ideal holiday family.

An OCD dream.

This year I am not hand writing every holiday card, as much as I would like to, my hand cramps, the excitements gone after the third card, and my writing becomes sloppy and illegible.

I am relying on Shutterfly.

Their seriously awesome Christmas cards are perfect for displaying my serious adorable child!

Perfection.

With a couple of clicks my cards are done.

This leaves me more time to focus on the important things during the holidays.

Shopping. Hugging Strangers. Family

Shutterfly provided me with compensation for this post, however,  all opinions are 100% my own.

Confession: I love CHRISTMAS!!!! BUT I have not sent out a Christmas card in about 6 years. Yes, I know the shame and horror in that. HOWEVER!!! I plan on redeeming myself this year. I’ve been wondering about shutterfly…Hmmmm….Do I dare go look over there now and see if it’s the right fit for bringing me back to sending out cards???? 😉
