2012

This year did not fly by for me, it dragged its ass and punched me in the face.

More days than not I struggled to make it through to the next, fighting to keep my head above water.

I sat at rock bottom and climbed to the mountain top….then rolled back down to the bottom.

Thanks bipolar.

My family cheered over promotions and cried through layoffs, we got excited with new job offers, and then were crushed with more layoffs.

We sold things to make payments and barely scraped by.

But throughout the poo filled year there was always reasons to stop and be grateful.

My friends, here’s to a great 2013.

Speak up and speak out, build each other up instead of tearing each other down, and be the one voice who stands out against injustice in a sea of millions who turn a blind eye.

Happy New Year.
