Loving Las Vegas

Sunday we returned from Vegas, the city that doesn’t sleep.

It was an incredible three days filled with blisters, flashing lights, sirens, honking horns, and boobs (not mine).

I had won the trip through Cineplex and was so grateful for the chance to go back and experience the lights, sounds, beauty, and buildings all over again.

We walked… and walked… and walked, gambled, and crashed way before we did two years ago when we were there on our honeymoon.

Because we’re old.

I almost fainted when we found our seats for the Justin Timberlake show and we were closer than I’d ever been for any show… ever.

The screaming was intense.

And then there was everyone else screaming.

I tried to touch him as the stage flew over my head.

But they put that stage too high.

The three days flew by and before we knew it we were on the red eye flying back to our family.

My feet were grateful.

And so was my wallet.

Vegas we’ll miss you.
